Now that I know how to post pics, I'm attaching some of my favorites (at least of ones that I can locate). I have been married for 15+ years and have 2 kids. A 12 year old daughter (Monica) and an 8 year old son (Nate). My husband (Troy) is a police officer here in Utah and the sniper for the SWAT team. Yes, it scares me. I can't tell you how many times I get asked that. My brother is also a police detective and a SWAT sniper for a different agency. Still scary. My daughter has many, many talents. One of which is playing instruments. She can pick up any instrument and teach herself to play it by ear. So far she can play the violin, piano, guitar, harmonica and flute. She is now asking if she can take bagpipe lessons. She is just way too cute. She's got green eyes and blond hair, don't know where that came from. She's so unaware of how beautiful she is, I hope she stays that way. My son absolutely loves anything sports related (he also likes to sing, but won't admit it to anyone but me). He's quite good at any sport he tries. Right now we have him playing tackle football where he plays QB, FS, RB. The stickers on the back of his helmet are for hard tackles and for touchdowns. The skulls are the tackles. Also, notice the mud stuck in the front of his helmet. The kid is an animal.

Ewwwwww
Lately, my house has been getting more and more dusty. I would vacuum and dust constantly and it didn't seem to get any better. I even have a Dyson and they are supposed to pick up everything. Well, as I was getting something out of my broom closet, I noticed a small curved plastic pipe that looked strangely similar to the small curved plastic pipes that hook to my vacuum. I then discovered that this piece hooked on underneath my vacuum, from the rotating brush part to the tube that takes the dirt to the canister. I have been vacuuming my house for about a month now without this piece and all I've been doing is redistributing the dirt. I'm just sick about it. If I can figure out how to post pics to this thing, I'll attach a pic of the canister (previously empty) immediately after vacuuming JUST my living room. I apologize to anyone that has been in my home recently.

Total Confusion
Well, it seems as though everyone I know has a blog. So here it goes.
Since I would have to type for DAYS to bring everyone up to date on my fabulous life, I'll just start from today. I am in a Celtic group put together by Anne Marie Hildebrant and today we got to have our pics taken. I thought I'd be hip in my "skorts" and shirt. Oh, and my hot gladiator heels. Well, it was freezing and I think that in all of the pictures I am lobster red with a runny nose. Not so sexy anymore. I think the other girls may have been getting a bit uncomfortable since I kept snuggling up to them trying to get warm. After I came home, I decided to make me some cinnamon toast for dinner (since I eat so healthy). While making it, I thought to myself that the cinnamon/sugar looked a little darker than usual. Come to find out (after taking a bite of course), my darling son made the cinnamon mixture with chili powder. I'm going to have to remind him to actually read labels from here on out.
